Those are the tentative judges' scores for each photo after it has been ranked and placed into the Novice or Amateur/Pro category.
The score is an average of the 5 quality rankings and will be between 1 and 100. Roughly speaking, a score over 40 or 50 is good, over 60 is very good, and over 80 (rare) is excellent.
The scores are also relative to the experience level.
